Who we are

Concord Recruitment Private Limited ("Concord", "we", "us") is an overseas recruitment agency in India, registered as a Recruiting Agent on India's eMigrate system. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• From employers and their staff: name, job title, company name, country, work email, phone number, and the details of your manpower requirement (trades, number of workers, location).
• From candidates: name, phone number, email, state or city, work experience, CV, passport details and other documents needed for recruitment and emigration.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our website forms.
• Basic website usage data through Google Analytics (pages visited, device and approximate location).

How we collect it

• Forms on concordrecruitment.com.
• Lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta).
• WhatsApp, email and phone calls with our team.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your requirement or application.
• To recruit, screen and interview candidates for employers, and to prepare documents, visas, emigration clearance and travel.
• To meet our legal duties as a registered Recruiting Agent under India's Emigration Act, 1983.
• To improve our website and our advertising.

For people in the European Economic Area and the UK, our legal bases are: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), steps you ask for before a contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and running our recruitment service.

Who we share it with

• Employers who are recruiting, when you apply for a role with them (candidates only).
• Government systems where the law requires it, such as India's eMigrate portal and the embassies or consulates that issue visas.
• Service providers that help us run our work: Meta (ads and lead forms), Google (analytics and email), our website form provider and our hosting provider.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Concord works from India, so your data is processed in India. Candidate data is also shared with employers in the country of the job. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on your request for our service and on the safeguards our service providers offer.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, ask us to limit or stop using it, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy of it. Email info@concordrecruitment.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. In India, your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 also apply.
