Job Description
Ruwais Marine Services (RMS) is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage warehouse and inventory operations for their construction projects in Qatar. You will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of construction materials and equipment, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient logistics support to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials and equipment
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements
- Process material requests, issue vouchers, and delivery notes
- Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store/warehouse supervision
- Background in construction, building materials, or logistics industry
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a small team
- Knowledge of material handling and storage best practices
