Job Description
Ruwais Marine Services (RMS) is hiring a Sales Engineer to drive business development in the marine construction and oil & gas sectors in Qatar. You will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and secure new contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of marine construction services and the ability to present technical solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in marine construction and oil & gas sectors
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
- Coordinate with the estimation team to develop competitive bids
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development
- Background in marine construction, oil & gas, or related technical industries
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel within Qatar as needed
