Job Description
Ruwais Marine Services (RMS) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their commercial team in Qatar. You will manage sales operations, maintain the Odoo/ERP system, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of the sales pipeline. Experience with ERP systems is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and maintain accurate records in Odoo/ERP system
- Process sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders
- Liaise with clients to handle enquiries, follow-ups, and order status updates
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts departments
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries
- Maintain customer database and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system
- Support the sales team with documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Any degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination or administration
- Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction/marine environment
